In the 11th match minute, ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Sugar to maneuver through the defense. Melquiades Rodriguez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With his leg Haroldo Villaquilambre managed to avoid a goal in the 16thth minute, when ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡'s Melquiades Rodriguez fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Haroldo Villaquilambre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melquiades Rodriguez in the 24th minute of play. A hard shot 42 in the game by Melquiades Rodriguez from a close distance when the talented Haroldo Villaquilambre managed to make a qualified save. El Pinar's players were relieved. In the 43rd match minute, El Pinar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atarrabi Herbella to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute, Melquiades Rodriguez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Haroldo Villaquilambre was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 54th minute, Melquiades Rodriguez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 56 minutes, Celedonio Benitez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡ and the El Pinar players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 56th minute, Celedonio Benitez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vitoria Muriedas couldn't finish the play. 68 minutes into the match, El Pinar's goal looked a bit too open when Jose Sugar came free, but Haroldo Villaquilambre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Jose Sugar made a precise shot to the right of Haroldo Villaquilambre. El Pinar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. El Pinar's Haroldo Villaquilambre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jose Sugar in the 79th minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Atarrabi Herbella hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in El Pinar's zone, Melquiades Rodriguez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Haroldo Villaquilambre came out of the goal and Melquiades Rodriguez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the El Pinar defense, Melquiades Rodriguez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Haroldo Villaquilambre. The El Pinar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Haroldo Villaquilambre should have stopped the shot. 94 minutes into the match, El Pinar's goal looked a bit too open when Melquiades Rodriguez came free, but Haroldo Villaquilambre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡'s Gaston Firman got a free kick in the 96th minute. ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡'s supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
