The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justo Cuarto in the 4th minute of play forced ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡'s goalkeeper Pepe Santoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 6 minutes into the game, Rodolfo Guerau recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bonifacio Paul. Rodolfo Guerau showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Rodolfo Guerau scored to the left of an out of position Bonifacio Paul, making the score, 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rodolfo Guerau got free with Bonifacio Paul in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 18 minutes into the match, Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's goalkeeper Bonifacio Paul had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rodolfo Guerau. In the 20th minute Jose Sugar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bonifacio Paul saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Jonatan Onbera hit a great ball. Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's Bonifacio Paul played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jose Sugar in the 23rd minute of play. After 24 minutes Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Exequiel Zeballos who took care of the corner kick. Exequiel Zeballos made a great header on ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡'s corner, it was just that Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's Bonifacio Paul managed to reach the ball for a save. Rodolfo Guerau could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Bonifacio Paul made a huge save. 29 minutes into the match, ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡'s Rodolfo Guerau sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bonifacio Paul narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's Ceferino Danel got a free kick in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ceferino Danel in the 33rd minute of play forced ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡'s goalkeeper Pepe Santoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's goalkeeper Bonifacio Paul, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bonifacio Paul stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rodolfo Guerau's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. In the 39th minute, Florentino Muno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡ booed when Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leon Milian didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute, Exequiel Zeballos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Jose Sugar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ceferino Danel to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rodolfo Guerau in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bonifacio Paul saved Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ from getting behind. 58 minutes into the match, ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡'s Rodolfo Guerau sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bonifacio Paul narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rodolfo Guerau recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 63rd match minute, ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Sugar to maneuver through the defense. Ceferino Danel who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Pepe Santoro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Gaston Firman hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡'s Pepe Santoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ceferino Danel in the 69th minute of play. After 70 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ! Bonifacio Paul had in the 71stth minute some difficulties stopping Augusto Garoa's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's Bonifacio Paul played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jose Sugar in the 75th minute of play. After a rather tough play, ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡'s Eustacio Tercero got a free kick in the 76th minute. Rodolfo Guerau might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bonifacio Paul. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rodolfo Guerau ran back to his position shaking his head. Bonifacio Paul took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodolfo Guerau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 95 minutes, Honorio Pierres mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡ and the Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 95 played minutes ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡ got a freekick which was hit by Honorio Pierres. A hard shot by Jonatan Onbera from long distance, 95 minutes into the match, got Pepe Santoro's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side.
