Codruț Turcescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bonifacio Paul having to interfere. After 17 minutes of play, THE CRYSTAL SHIP's Remus Agudaru made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bonifacio Paul was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 21st match minute, Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ceferino Danel to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute Codruț Turcescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bonifacio Paul saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd minute of the match THE CRYSTAL SHIP got a corner. Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Toader Babeș ran over to the corner to take the kick. Leon Milian thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Bonifacio Paul, a very annoying self made goal in the 24th minute which led to 0-2. In the 27th match minute, Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eloy Lizardi to maneuver through the defense. When Remus Agudaru came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the THE CRYSTAL SHIP fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Remus Agudaru couldn't finish the play. Manuel Văcaru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Bonifacio Paul tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Remus Agudaru in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bonifacio Paul saved Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's zone, Remus Agudaru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bonifacio Paul came out of the goal and Remus Agudaru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 46 minutes into the match, Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Edgar Josan came free, but Bonifacio Paul reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 47 played minutes Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Eloy Lizardi. Toader Babeș was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 48th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. THE CRYSTAL SHIP were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Remus Agudaru made a kick off. Remus Agudaru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bonifacio Paul having to interfere. Costel Teodor lost his temper 55 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The supporters of Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ booed when THE CRYSTAL SHIP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Costel Teodor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bonifacio Paul took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Văcaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Remus Agudaru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bonifacio Paul having to interfere. Toader Babeș scored 0-3 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bonifacio Paul, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Remus Agudaru in the 66thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bonifacio Paul, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Florentino Muno kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Leon Milian hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Manuel Văcaru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bonifacio Paul having to interfere. Bonifacio Paul made an important save on a dangerous shot by Manuel Văcaru in the 79th minute. 83 minutes into the match, Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Edgar Josan came free, but Bonifacio Paul reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's Ceferino Danel got a free kick in the 83rd minute. After some careless play in the Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ defense, Manuel Văcaru kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bonifacio Paul. The Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bonifacio Paul should have stopped the shot. If Manuel Văcaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remus Agudaru in the 94th minute of play forced Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's goalkeeper Bonifacio Paul to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. THE CRYSTAL SHIP's Remus Agudaru got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Remus Agudaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. THE CRYSTAL SHIP's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
