With a little luck, Red Devils's Krzysztof Golaszewski got control of the ball when Lúcio Viana tried to sneak it across the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cipriano Pinho stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Red Devils got a freekick which was hit by Borys Haskiewicz. After a defensive mix-up in Red Devils's zone, Pedro Luís Arantes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Krzysztof Golaszewski came out of the goal and Pedro Luís Arantes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Agua Santa's Tomé Mota proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Agua Santa from getting a goal against them. 76 minutes into the match, Agua Santa's goalkeeper Tomé Mota had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andrzej Markowski. If Nico Quintal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Agua Santa defense, Andrzej Markowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tomé Mota. The Agua Santa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tomé Mota should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zbyszko Hoffman during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Zbyszko Hoffman kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Red Devils eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
