Tomas Olazarra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Josan in the 7th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Remus Agudaru in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tomas Olazarra prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 16th minute, Edgar Josan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The THE CRYSTAL SHIP fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Tomas Olazarra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remus Agudaru in the 22nd minute of play. El Pinar's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Paulo Borrero in the 27th minute. A nice corner shot did that Paulo Borrero got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Avram Nițoi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Tomas Olazarra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Josan in the 30th minute of play. 31 minutes into the game, Teyo Ebro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Pinar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave THE CRYSTAL SHIP the free kick. Teyo Ebro hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Tomas Olazarra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Codruț Turcescu in the 34th minute of play. THE CRYSTAL SHIP were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after El Pinar's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Toader Babeș took the corner. The corner ended in Toader Babeș almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but El Pinar's Tomas Olazarra did a great save. In the 39th minute Remus Agudaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Olazarra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Olazarra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remus Agudaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fulgencio Lazaeta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Avram Nițoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Codruț Turcescu in the 42nd minute of play forced El Pinar's goalkeeper Tomas Olazarra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to El Pinar getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Paulo Borrero hit a great ball. 44 minutes into the match, El Pinar's goal looked a bit too open when Remus Agudaru came free, but Tomas Olazarra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rosario Encalada stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Remus Agudarus short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Tomas Olazarra to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Costel Teodor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tomas Olazarra made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Remus Agudaru sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of THE CRYSTAL SHIP booed when El Pinar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sustrai Falceto didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Remus Agudaru's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tomas Olazarra was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. El Pinar's Tomas Olazarra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remus Agudaru in the 70th minute of play. 75 minutes into the game, Remus Agudaru cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. THE CRYSTAL SHIP's Costel Teodor got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 83 minutes into the match, Edgar Josan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tomas Olazarra, 0-3. The audience was convinced that Remus Agudaru's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tomas Olazarra was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. In the 97th minute Remus Agudaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Olazarra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. THE CRYSTAL SHIP's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
