Moron's goalkeeper Ilie Marghescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Licerio Cano in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ilie Marghescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ilie Marghescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Licerio Cano in the 16th minute of the match. Rashad Werner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 19th minute Licerio Cano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ilie Marghescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the game, Club Getafe Deportivo's Licerio Cano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ilie Marghescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Renato Rivera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rashad Werner in the 24th minute of play. When Cesaro Huarte fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Getafe Deportivo's protests and gave Cesaro Huarte a yellow card for diving instead. In the 24th minute, Cesaro Huarte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lucas Palacios during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Lucas Palacios hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 28th minute, Rashad Werner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 34 played minutes Club Getafe Deportivo got a freekick which was hit by Licerio Cano. Thurman Clay hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Ilie Marghescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Licerio Cano in the 41st minute of the match. Dep. Moron:s Ilie Marghescu showed great skill when he stopped Hondo Roman:s penalty. In the 44th minute, Hondo Roman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ilie Marghescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Licerio Cano to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute Licerio Cano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ilie Marghescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 55th minute, Thurman Clay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ilie Marghescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Licerio Cano, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 64 minutes into the match, Dep. Moron's goalkeeper Ilie Marghescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Licerio Cano. Rashad Werner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Renato Rivera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dep. Moron's Ilie Marghescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Licerio Cano in the 70th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, Club Getafe Deportivo's Egoitz Companys sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ilie Marghescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thurman Clay lost his temper 73 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 72nd minute of the game. One of Dep. Moron:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Club Getafe Deportivo:s goal. Dep. Moron:s Ilie Marghescu showed great skill when he stopped Hondo Roman:s penalty. 74 minutes into the game, Hondo Roman recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ilie Marghescu. Hondo Roman showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. In the 83rdth minute of the game Licerio Cano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dep. Moron's Ilie Marghescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 85th minute Club Getafe Deportivo were awarded a corner. Rodas Pujol went to the cornerflag to take it. Club Getafe Deportivo's Julen Velazquez was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ilie Marghescu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Licerio Cano in the 89th minute of play forced Dep. Moron's goalkeeper Ilie Marghescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Club Getafe Deportivo's Renato Rivera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Palacios in the 93rd minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Club Getafe Deportivo left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Dep. Moron.
