Cleto Santikurtz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alípio Magalhães having to interfere. Honorato Jorrin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andaka Mellon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Delta FS's Miguel Oliveira got a free kick in the 13th minute. Basílio Lameiras kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Alípio Magalhães was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Cleto Santikurtz. 18 minutes into the game, Segundo Esiquio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cura del Futbol's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Delta FS the free kick. Honorato Jorrin had in the 21stth minute some difficulties stopping Putu Molek's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Honorato Jorrin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Putu Molek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Delta FS's Alípio Magalhães got control of the ball when Melquiades Rosalio tried to sneak it across the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Delta FS's goalkeeper Alípio Magalhães had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Melquiades Rosalio. Honorato Jorrin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yuri Souto, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 34 minutes into the game, Delta FS's Putu Molek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Honorato Jorrin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The supporters of Cura del Futbol booed when Delta FS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basílio Lameiras didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alípio Magalhães made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Melquiades Rosalio sent off a good shot on target. After the first half Delta FS were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Melquiades Rosalio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alípio Magalhães having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, Delta FS's Dário Zarco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Honorato Jorrin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cura del Futbol's Honorato Jorrin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Cura del Futbol from getting a goal against them. When Apolo Bordat came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Cura del Futbol fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Apolo Bordat couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Cura del Futbol's Cleto Santikurtz got a free kick in the 66th minute. After having played for 68 minutes, Cleto Santikurtz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cura del Futbol's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cleto Santikurtz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Melquiades Rosalio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alípio Magalhães was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Honorato Jorrin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Putu Molek, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Alípio Magalhães stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Melquiades Rosalio's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. When Putu Molek fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Delta FS's protests and gave Putu Molek a yellow card for diving instead. In the 83rd minute, Putu Molek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Putu Molek got his second yellow card in the match during the 87th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Delta FS getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Putu Molek hit a great ball. After 89 played minutes Cura del Futbol got a freekick which was hit by Eulalio Blanco. Cura del Futbol's Segundo Esiquio got his second yellow card of the match in the 92nd minute. The referee ordered Segundo Esiquio off the ground. After 93 played minutes Cura del Futbol got a freekick which was hit by Segundo Esiquio. Dário Zarco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Honorato Jorrin made a huge save. Apolo Bordat struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Alípio Magalhães didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cura del Futbol. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Delta FS walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
