Emerson Leão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Birger Rosendal in the 11th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Goth Cloudy Experience's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Johan Wahlnäs came free, but Emerson Leão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pär Odman during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 17th minute, Pär Odman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. INIXET BK's Kåre Blom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matheus Savioli in the 20th minute of play. Lucas Munhoz took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kåre Blom. Kåre Blom dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 25th minute Aloísio Prado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kåre Blom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Karl-Johan Wahlnäs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karl-Johan Wahlnäs took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emerson Leão. Emerson Leão dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Goth Cloudy Experience's Emerson Leão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Birger Rosendal in the 36th minute of play. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by Goth Cloudy Experience's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pär Odman was slow to take the kick. During this time INIXET BK's players had a chance to rest. The corner led INIXET BK's Michel Bratt to fire away a dangerous shot which Emerson Leão despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 39 minutes, Birger Rosendal made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Goth Cloudy Experience's Emerson Leão tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the INIXET BK defense, Aloísio Prado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kåre Blom. The INIXET BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kåre Blom should have stopped the shot.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Birger Rosendal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Emerson Leão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michel Bratt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute, Aloísio Prado made a precise shot to the right of Kåre Blom. INIXET BK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Birger Rosendal took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emerson Leão. Emerson Leão dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. Birger Rosendal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Emerson Leão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Matheus Savioli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kåre Blom read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Karl-Johan Wahlnäs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Emerson Leão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 83 played minutes Goth Cloudy Experience got a freekick which was hit by Bernardinho da Cunha.
