Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rogelio Galo in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alípio Magalhães prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Murilo Pestana during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Delta FS getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Murilo Pestana hit a great ball. In the 10th minute Pavel Karamazov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alípio Magalhães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Delta FS's Andaka Mellon in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Karamázov's goalie prevented a goal. Yuri Souto struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Kirill Karamazov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Delta FS. Delta FS's Alípio Magalhães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pavel Karamazov in the 16th minute of play. Pavel Karamazov scored 0-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alípio Magalhães, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 20 minutes into the match, Karamázov's goalkeeper Kirill Karamazov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yuri Souto. The audience was convinced that Pavel Karamazov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alípio Magalhães was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. 24 minutes into the game, Pavel Karamazov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Alípio Magalhães was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Andaka Mellon hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After having played for 27 minutes, Rogelio Galo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Karamázov's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rogelio Galo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Karamázov's Pavel Karamazov in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Delta FS's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Karamázov booed when Delta FS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vítor Fagundes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute, Jósef Karamazov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Andaka Mellon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th match minute, Delta FS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Murilo Pestana to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Alípio Magalhães stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pavel Karamazov's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Kirill Karamazov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andaka Mellon in the 55th minute of the match. Alípio Magalhães made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Rogelio Galo sent off a good shot on target. Alípio Magalhães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ubaldo Juvenal, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Alípio Magalhães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pavel Karamazov in the 65th minute of the match. Delta FS were awarded a corner in the 83th minute after Karamázov's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nuno Marques took the corner. Delta FS's Nuno Marques was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Kirill Karamazov in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Yuri Souto hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. The supporters of Delta FS booed when Karamázov was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mateo Jurgi didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Karamázov had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
