When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Melquiades Rosalio made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Ramon Luzaide notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Delta FS's Alípio Magalhães. Alípio Magalhães was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alípio Magalhães didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 87th minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. In the 96th minute, Delta FS's Murilo Pestana seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Murilo Pestana the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Delta FS protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Murilo Pestana had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to Delta FS getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Murilo Pestana hit a great ball.
