Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Peder Gernberg to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Peder Gernberg put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Korneliusz Zagrodny. Joel Tolsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Feliks Mocko in the 55th minute.
