Spectators: 7693 (Terracing: 5771, Seating: 1769, VIP seats: 153) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lamine Yambao started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute, Zé Paulo Ortiz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lajos Vásárhelyi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 10 minutes into the match, Green Zombies's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Paulo Ortiz came free, but Lajos Vásárhelyi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute Lajos Tábori shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Washington Cavalcante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13thth minute of the game Lajos Tábori who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's Washington Cavalcante was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lamine Yambao in the 21st minute of play forced Green Zombies's goalkeeper Lajos Vásárhelyi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Green Zombies's Lajos Vásárhelyi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lamine Yambao in the 23rd minute of play. In the 33rd match minute, Green Zombies was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Barnabás Kutas to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC booed when Green Zombies was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sándor Vermes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd minute, Lajos Tábori left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Green Zombies fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After 46 played minutes Green Zombies got a freekick which was hit by Ervin Fenyves. Ademir Siqueira took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 47th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lajos Vásárhelyi. Green Zombies's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Washington Cavalcante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sándor Vermes in the 51st minute of play. Washington Cavalcante showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renátó Kurucz, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lajos Tábori in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Washington Cavalcante prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 54 minutes, Lajos Tábori made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's Washington Cavalcante tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 58 minutes into the match, LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lajos Tábori came free, but Washington Cavalcante reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sándor Vermes's late challenge caught a LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sándor Vermes helped the player get up and apologised. LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC made a substitution. Dráusio da Costa replaced Kauã Antunes. In the 68th minute, Sándor Vermes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Green Zombies's Péter Nyitrai got a free kick in the 70th minute. LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC made a substitution. Silvério Aparecido replaced Zé Paulo Ortiz. After 72 played minutes Green Zombies got a freekick which was hit by Péter Nyitrai. 75 minutes into the game, Silvério Aparecido recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lajos Vásárhelyi. Silvério Aparecido showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. After 80 played minutes LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC got a freekick which was hit by Dráusio da Costa. 81 minutes into the match, Green Zombies's Nándor Zolnai broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Dráusio da Costa lost his temper 87 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 88th minute, Dráusio da Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 89th minute of the match Péter Nyitrai sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Washington Cavalcante skillfully saved the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lajos Tábori in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Washington Cavalcante saved LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC from getting behind. Lajos Vásárhelyi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lamine Yambao in the 95th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Green Zombies players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
