Spectators: 7745 (Terracing: 5810, Seating: 1781, VIP seats: 154) Gugu Leme started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After some careless play in the Despidida AFC defense, Gugu Leme kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Baldomero Asteri. The Despidida AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Baldomero Asteri should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Primatas FC booed when Despidida AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelo Ixona didn't get a good kick on the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Despidida AFC's goalkeeper Baldomero Asteri had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luís Gustavo Monteiro. A collision led to Despidida AFC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Marcelo Ixona hit a great ball. When Primatas FC's Raimundo Alcântara in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Despidida AFC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 26th minute, Mma Brasil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gugu Leme kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Kauã Faria kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Elpidio Jorrin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kaká Passos having to make a save. In the 43rd minute, Elpidio Jorrin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kaká Passos was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elpidio Jorrin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Baldomero Asteri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raimundo Alcântara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 57 minutes into the match, Despidida AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Raimundo Alcântara came free, but Baldomero Asteri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mma Brasil kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 64th minute Ernani Lopes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldomero Asteri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute, Raimundo Alcântara had to leave the field with a concussion. Leonel Maureo charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leonel Maureo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Primatas FC's Kaká Passos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elpidio Jorrin in the 83rd minute of play. Baldomero Asteri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Gustavo Monteiro in the 89th minute of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
