Manual Hope took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Silas Bastos. Silas Bastos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manual Hope in the 25th minute of play forced Federales FC Ψ OFF's goalkeeper Silas Bastos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marco Beauchesne took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cícero de Castro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marco Beauchesne showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cícero de Castro in the 31st minute of the match. Silas Bastos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manual Hope in the 32nd minute of play. After 41 minutes, Foster Hirsch mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sport Lisboa e Benfica and the Federales FC Ψ OFF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 42nd match minute, Sport Lisboa e Benfica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Foster Hirsch to maneuver through the defense. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
