Silas Bastos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jean-Pascal Herrmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the match, Cats and dogs's goal looked a bit too open when Antônio Carlos Galvan came free, but Franz Torres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ange Chatry got free with Silas Bastos in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 21st minute, Cícero de Castro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Franz Torres was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Cats and dogs's Franz Torres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antônio Carlos Galvan in the 25th minute of play. The audience held their breath when Pablo Rotchen in the 32nd minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Franz Torres's left hand side. After 35 played minutes Federales FC Ψ OFF got a freekick which was hit by Mário Duarte. 42 minutes into the game, Cícero de Castro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Franz Torres was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 44th match minute, Federales FC Ψ OFF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antônio Carlos Galvan to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ange Chatry made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, Federales FC Ψ OFF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelo Gaskon to maneuver through the defense. Franz Torres made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antônio Carlos Galvan in the 56th minute. A collision led to Cats and dogs getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Nicolas Philibert hit a great ball. Pablo Rotchen struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Franz Torres didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Federales FC Ψ OFF. If Ange Chatry had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Franz Torres made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antônio Carlos Galvan in the 69th minute. After 69 played minutes Cats and dogs got a freekick which was hit by Jean-Pascal Herrmann. Cats and dogs's Franz Torres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cícero de Castro in the 70th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Cats and dogs's goalkeeper Franz Torres had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antônio Carlos Galvan. Robin Chaubet hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. The long shot by Ömer Şahin in the 81st minute really tested Franz Torres's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Franz Torres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cícero de Castro in the 82nd minute of the match. After 84 minutes Cats and dogs's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Pablo Rotchen who took care of the corner kick. Sébastien Romero's late challenge caught a Federales FC Ψ OFF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sébastien Romero helped the player get up and apologised. After 91 played minutes Cats and dogs got a freekick which was hit by Sébastien Romero. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Federales FC Ψ OFF eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
