Foster Hirsch hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After 11 minutes, Wieslaw Arendarski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tarnów™ and the Sport Lisboa e Benfica players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sport Lisboa e Benfica's Manual Hope got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 17th minute, Sport Lisboa e Benfica's Manual Hope ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Szymon Ziombkowski. Szymon Ziombkowski yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Mario Gleason's late challenge caught a Tarnów™'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mario Gleason helped the player get up and apologised. Mario Gleason hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute, Sanford Descoteaux hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 28 minutes into the match, Sport Lisboa e Benfica's goal looked a bit too open when Zbigniew Augustyniak came free, but Marco Beauchesne reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Tarnów™ booed when Sport Lisboa e Benfica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sanford Descoteaux didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Tarnów™'s Tobiasz Olchowy got a free kick in the 35th minute. Szymon Ziombkowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mario Gleason in the 36th minute. The supporters of Sport Lisboa e Benfica booed when Tarnów™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michal Trochowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marco Beauchesne made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michal Trochowski in the 45th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wieslaw Arendarski made a kick off. Sanford Descoteaux charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sanford Descoteaux the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 53 minutes into the match, Sport Lisboa e Benfica's goalkeeper Marco Beauchesne had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zbigniew Augustyniak. In the 56th minute, Mario Gleason made a precise shot to the right of Szymon Ziombkowski. Tarnów™'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Zbigniew Augustyniak who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 59thth minute tested the skills of Marco Beauchesne when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Wieslaw Arendarski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 65 minutes into the game, Sport Lisboa e Benfica's Manual Hope nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Szymon Ziombkowski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Manual Hope's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Szymon Ziombkowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Manual Hope had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Szymon Ziombkowski. Tarnów™'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Manual Hope was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. In the 70th minute, Foster Hirsch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Szymon Ziombkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Gleason, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute Mario Gleason shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Szymon Ziombkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zbigniew Augustyniak got free with Marco Beauchesne in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Szymon Ziombkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Gleason in the 94th minute of the match. Marco Beauchesne stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zbigniew Augustyniak's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. Sport Lisboa e Benfica were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Tarnów™ for a fine match.
