When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Caaguazu's Mancio Rapela was substituted for Aurre Belorado. The wind increased when Valente Nieva made the kick off in the second half. Vincente Monzon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mike Cai, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Paralia Athens had won after a very even match.
