The referee ignored NK FOLKROLA's protests and gave Delzi Stanišič a yellow card for diving instead. In the 29thth minute of the game Jeff Beck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but NK FOLKROLA's Veselko Recko was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 34th minute of the match, Vidko Bižal tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Wilfredo Rodriguez saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pindobassu EC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Slavoljub Bukovec was slow to take the kick. During this time NK FOLKROLA's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on NK FOLKROLA's corner Slavoljub Bukovec fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Wilfredo Rodriguez quite easily take care of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jeff Beck in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Veselko Recko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jeff Beck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. NK FOLKROLA's Veselko Recko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeff Beck in the 42nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vidko Bižal in the 46th minute of play forced Pindobassu EC's goalkeeper Wilfredo Rodriguez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Pindobassu EC booed when NK FOLKROLA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rino Alauf didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Veselko Recko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeff Beck in the 60th minute of play. After 61 played minutes Pindobassu EC got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Esteves. Nasan Drobnjaković struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Wilfredo Rodriguez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NK FOLKROLA. Jeff Beck could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Veselko Recko made a huge save. After 68 minutes NK FOLKROLA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mário Azevedo who took care of the corner kick. After 69 minutes, Jeff Beck made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. NK FOLKROLA's Veselko Recko tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
