Berker Rıza Afşaroğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raimundo Camargo in the 5th minute of play. In the 6th minute Raimundo Camargo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Berker Rıza Afşaroğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th match minute, !!KARAGÜLLE İMPARATORLUĞU was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olcay Orkun Sadi to maneuver through the defense. After 19 minutes, Raimundo Camargo made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. !!KARAGÜLLE İMPARATORLUĞU's Berker Rıza Afşaroğlu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Refik Gayret charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Refik Gayret the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Capibaribe Stars booed when !!KARAGÜLLE İMPARATORLUĞU was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Refik Gayret didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. İlyas Ahid was the one to do the kick off. Refik Gayret kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Tadeu da Silveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Berker Rıza Afşaroğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Capibaribe Stars's Pedro Luiz Figueiredo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Berker Rıza Afşaroğlu. That made the score 0-3 after 57 minutes of play. Sérgio Queiroz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İlyas Ahid in the 66th minute of play. In the 69th minute Raimundo Camargo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Berker Rıza Afşaroğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 72 minutes of play, Capibaribe Stars's Raimundo Camargo made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Berker Rıza Afşaroğlu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Capibaribe Stars's Tadeu da Silveira got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of !!KARAGÜLLE İMPARATORLUĞU booed when Capibaribe Stars was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serginho Koehler didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rd minute İlyas Ahid shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sérgio Queiroz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. !!KARAGÜLLE İMPARATORLUĞU's Berker Rıza Afşaroğlu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save !!KARAGÜLLE İMPARATORLUĞU from getting a goal against them. In the 89th minute, one of !!KARAGÜLLE İMPARATORLUĞU:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for !!KARAGÜLLE İMPARATORLUĞU. 94 minutes into the game, Tadeu da Silveira recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Berker Rıza Afşaroğlu. Tadeu da Silveira showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6.
