An unexpectedly hard shot by Hélder Mendes in the 6th minute of play forced Osdorp FC's goalkeeper Pepijn Knol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Agostinho Domingues took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pepijn Knol. Pepijn Knol dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Pepijn Knol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nilson Sarmento, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. After 12 minutes of play, Inter Gala's Hélder Mendes made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pepijn Knol was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pepijn Knol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hélder Mendes, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 32nd minute, Agostinho Domingues left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Inter Gala fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. 34 minutes into the game, Celso Araújo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Inter Gala's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Osdorp FC the free kick. The supporters of Osdorp FC booed when Inter Gala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celso Araújo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maarten Grol hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Pepijn Knol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hélder Mendes, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Luís Eduardo Valle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evert Roelofs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Inter Gala's Luís Eduardo Valle proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Inter Gala from getting a goal against them. Pepijn Knol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Betão Lopez in the 45th minute of the match. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Evert Roelofs to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Agostinho Domingues got free with Pepijn Knol in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 57 minutes into the match, Osdorp FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hélder Mendes came free, but Pepijn Knol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pepijn Knol was out of position in the 59 minute of play, and Hélder Mendes capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hélder Mendes really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. Through an outstanding action, after 63 minutes, Pepijn Knol successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Luís Eduardo Valle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario van Zwieten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 65 played minutes Hélder Mendes rounded Osdorp FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-6. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evert Roelofs in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luís Eduardo Valle saved Inter Gala from getting behind. Osdorp FC's Pepijn Knol proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Osdorp FC from getting a goal against them. Inter Gala's Luís Eduardo Valle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evert Roelofs in the 86th minute of play. Pepijn Knol didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hélder Mendes went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-7 was the resulting score. After 96 played minutes Hélder Mendes rounded Osdorp FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-8.
