An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel Bordat in the 10th minute of play forced New England Minas's goalkeeper Segundo Gol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Martin Romelio made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Fletcher Lund sent off a good shot on target. After 17 played minutes alvarado got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Theodore. The crowd rose to their feet as alvarado's Abel Bordat slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Segundo Gol. That made the score 1-3 after 75 minutes of play. Aquilino Txartiko's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Segundo Gol firmly grabbed it by the left post. Segundo Gol made an important save on a dangerous shot by Donato Ihintza in the 84th minute. In the 86thth minute of the game Fletcher Lund who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but alvarado's Martin Romelio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the alvarado defense, Fletcher Lund kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Martin Romelio. The alvarado fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Martin Romelio should have stopped the shot. Fletcher Lund took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Martin Romelio. Martin Romelio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fletcher Lund in the 97th minute of play forced alvarado's goalkeeper Martin Romelio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
