With a couple of smart ball manuevers Márcio Cruz in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernard Fedosz saved Beto Martini MZ 20 years from getting behind. The Jereba 4EVER fans' excitement grew in the 3rd match minute when Jereba 4EVER's Márcio Cruz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Raúl Rocha charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Raúl Rocha the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dieguinho Viana was out of position in the 8 minute of play, and Jon Stark capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jon Stark really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. In the 14th minute, Reynaldo Mello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernard Fedosz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raúl Rocha in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Jon Stark reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dieguinho Viana. The goal made the score 2-1. Raúl Rocha struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Bernard Fedosz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jereba 4EVER. During the 22nd minute of the match Raúl Rocha completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Raúl Rocha a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Raúl Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Hortêncio de Salles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Jon Stark made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabricio Txeru in the 51st minute of play forced Jereba 4EVER's goalkeeper Dieguinho Viana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dieguinho Viana came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Beto Martini MZ 20 years's Fabricio Txeru. But to his dismay, Fabricio Txeru quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Jon Stark recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Glauco Damião charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Glauco Damião the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Beto Martini MZ 20 years booed when Jereba 4EVER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Glauco Damião didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 69 minutes, Ramón Paraíba mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jereba 4EVER and the Beto Martini MZ 20 years players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Jereba 4EVER's Ramón Paraíba got a free kick in the 69th minute. Dieguinho Viana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jon Stark, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Dieguinho Viana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dillon Dal Bello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Márcio Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernard Fedosz having to interfere. Jon Stark blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dieguinho Viana having to make a save. In the 86th minute, Jon Stark made a precise shot to the right of Dieguinho Viana. Jereba 4EVER's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. 95 minutes into the match, Jereba 4EVER's Márcio Cruz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bernard Fedosz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Beto Martini MZ 20 years walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
