Spectators: 7886 (Terracing: 5915, Seating: 1814, VIP seats: 157) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Arsenio Maldonado got the match started through his kick off. Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s Jaroslaw Kolbe got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee ignored Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s protests and gave Prudencio Pietro a yellow card for diving instead. Prudencio Pietro hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute of the match, Arsenio Maldonado tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Wellington Fernandes saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 22nd minute, ZORZAL01's Nicanor Fero dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Benjamin Firmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Wellington Fernandes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 43 minutes of play, ZORZAL01's Nicanor Fero made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wellington Fernandes was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 46 played minutes Rua Ferreira Viana F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Joel Holm. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.

The wind increased when Joel Holm made the kick off in the second half. Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s Wellington Fernandes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicanor Fero in the 54th minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s Vito Ortiz seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Vito Ortiz the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Rua Ferreira Viana F.C. protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Vito Ortiz had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 63rd minute there was a penalty for ZORZAL01. Julian Iratzeder stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Wellington Fernandes. 4-2. In the 68th minute Arsenio Maldonado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wellington Fernandes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wellington Fernandes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgardo Nardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. If Arsenio Maldonado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 76 minutes of play, ZORZAL01's Arsenio Maldonado made it 5-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. That made the score 5-3 after 92 minutes of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Rua Ferreira Viana F.C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for ZORZAL01.
