Mauricio Maura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from España Barbot in the 22nd minute of the match. 24 minutes into the game, Arsenio Maldonado recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Igor Sagastia. Arsenio Maldonado showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Igor Sagastia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arsenio Maldonado in the 28th minute of play. Igor Sagastia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgardo Nardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling España Barbot in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mauricio Maura prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 38 minutes into the match, Edgardo Nardo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Igor Sagastia. Atletico de la Rosa CF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgardo Nardo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 41st minute Nicanor Fero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Sagastia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nicanor Fero stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Edgardo Nardo notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Atletico de la Rosa CF's Igor Sagastia.
