In the 18th minute Petrică Dragu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hubert Donnet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hubert Donnet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petrică Dragu in the 20th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Bacary Pincon sped through Vlashers's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Horea Afloroaiei. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bacary Pincon in the 38th minute of play forced Vlashers's goalkeeper Horea Afloroaiei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 40 minutes Vlashers's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ilan Le Saux who took care of the corner kick. Hubert Donnet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petrică Dragu in the 41st minute of play. The Vlashers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. When Lucky Luciano came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Vlashers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucky Luciano couldn't finish the play. 48 minutes into the match, Trayko Mendov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hubert Donnet. corsaire nantais's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Trayko Mendov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5.

corsaire nantais's Hubert Donnet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petrică Dragu in the 56th minute of play. 57 minutes into the game, Vlashers's Petrică Dragu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hubert Donnet made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. 61 minutes into the match, Petrică Dragu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hubert Donnet, 1-7. Horea Afloroaiei came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by corsaire nantais's Bacary Pincon. But to his dismay, Bacary Pincon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-7. Hubert Donnet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofilo Gaitano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Nelson Maussion fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored corsaire nantais's protests and gave Nelson Maussion a yellow card for diving instead. After 74 played minutes corsaire nantais got a freekick which was hit by Nelson Maussion. In the 75th minute of the match Lucky Luciano shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hubert Donnet showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some careless play in the corsaire nantais defense, Lucky Luciano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hubert Donnet. The corsaire nantais fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hubert Donnet should have stopped the shot. Lucky Luciano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hubert Donnet having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Petrică Dragu took a quick shot and it went in 2-9 without a chance for Hubert Donnet to make any attempt to save it. 87 minutes into the match, corsaire nantais's goalkeeper Hubert Donnet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Trayko Mendov. A collision led to corsaire nantais getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Dilan Aubrun hit a great ball. The corsaire nantais fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Vlashers were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
