The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Vlashers's zone, Ivan Bernad stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Horea Afloroaiei came out of the goal and Ivan Bernad tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. LTA FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Teofilo Gaitano scored to the left of an out of position Arsenio Maiorga, making the score, 1-0. Ivan Bernad might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Horea Afloroaiei. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ivan Bernad ran back to his position shaking his head. Horea Afloroaiei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Bernad in the 14th minute of the match. Teo Martxelin charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teo Martxelin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Teo Martxelin hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Petrică Dragu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Arsenio Maiorga made a huge save. Eduard Dumitrana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Arsenio Maiorga made a huge save. Teo Martxelin was shown his second yellow card after 30 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Teo Martxelin hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Arsenio Maiorga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Trayko Mendov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arsenio Maiorga made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Petrică Dragu sent off a good shot on target. Demetrio Domenghini made in the 59th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Eduard Dumitrana however managed to control. After 61 played minutes LTA FC got a freekick which was hit by Federico Tevez. LTA FC's Arsenio Maiorga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Trayko Mendov in the 65th minute of play. Teofilo Gaitano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Arsenio Maiorga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arsenio Maiorga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Trayko Mendov, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. When the referee ended the match the Vlashers players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
