Paulo Renato Dracena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Diogo Bueno came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Vista Alegre FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diogo Bueno couldn't finish the play. 98 minutes into the game, Diogo Bueno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Eustratios Vertsotis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Olympiacos FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
