In the 23rdth minute of the game Severino Gaskon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but De Keikoppers's Gert-Jan Van de Velde was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 24 minutes had been played when some careless play by De Keikoppers's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Isidoro Javiero was slow to take the kick. During this time Celestiales's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Celestiales's Isidoro Javiero to fire away a dangerous shot which Gert-Jan Van de Velde despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Celestiales's Isaias Beliran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kobe Vanneste in the 27th minute of play. If Filomeno Orlondon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Steve De kaiser was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Rigoberto Cristofor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Severino Gaskon in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gert-Jan Van de Velde prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
