Pau Nas Canelas were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after KV Schoonwater's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lech Biraga took the corner. With a little luck, KV Schoonwater's Artur Sterckmans got control of the ball when Edinho Moraes tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gregorie Kloots during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 40th minute Ludomir Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Sterckmans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bai Chao Zheng didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maxime Caes went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gillis Lembrechts stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, KV Schoonwater's Gillis Lembrechts got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Virgílio Benevides hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Gregorie Kloots recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Artur Sterckmans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edinho Moraes, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Artur Sterckmans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christoph Haßelmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 68 minutes into the match, Gillis Lembrechts dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bai Chao Zheng, 0-3. Bai Chao Zheng made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Gillis Lembrechts sent off a good shot on target.
