Luan Toro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Ildefonso Christobal put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Claudio Haimar. After a rather tough play, Trinchera FC's Pascual Lop got a free kick in the 20th minute. Generoso Frances scored 1-2 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Claudio Haimar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Leon Hegoi hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 32nd match minute, Jarana FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Roda to maneuver through the defense. Pascual Lop took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 34th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Claudio Haimar. Jarana FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Luan Toro kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Camilo Bittor stood somewhat misplaced when Luan Toro came free in front of goal and shot 2-2 to the left of him in the 43 minute. A hard shot 48 in the game by Perry Eneto from a close distance when the talented Camilo Bittor managed to make a qualified save. Trinchera FC's players were relieved. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ildefonso Christobal was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Generoso Frances managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trinchera FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Generoso Frances was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 56th match minute, Jarana FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rolando Todor to maneuver through the defense. Leon Hegoi kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 62 minutes into the game, when Paolo Fernendo put in a rough tackle. After recieving a nice pass, Trinchera FC's Pascual Lop tried to score from far away in the 64th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Aristides Ezkerra charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aristides Ezkerra the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Jarana FC booed when Trinchera FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aristides Ezkerra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Trinchera FC's Camilo Bittor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Perry Eneto in the 69th minute of play. After 75 played minutes Jarana FC got a freekick which was hit by Diego Ekhi. Diego Ekhi hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Perry Eneto took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Camilo Bittor. Camilo Bittor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. Aristides Ezkerra struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Claudio Haimar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trinchera FC. Claudio Haimar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ildefonso Christobal in the 91st minute of play. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jarana FC's goalkeeper Claudio Haimar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Trinchera FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
