Chad Pro started the match with the kick off. Edvin Nordin lost his temper 5 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 5th minute of the game. One of Hawelka Himalayan High:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of QUASAR AZULGRANA:s goal. 10 minutes into the match, QUASAR AZULGRANA's goalkeeper Bernabe Osoro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adrian Bagge. Fredrik Bäckström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Modesto Jeraldo in the 14th minute of play. When Silverio Quirce fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored QUASAR AZULGRANA's protests and gave Silverio Quirce a yellow card for diving instead. After 19 played minutes QUASAR AZULGRANA got a freekick which was hit by Silverio Quirce. Adrian Bagge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernabe Osoro having to interfere. Fredrik Bäckström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonides Lope in the 27th minute of the match. Fredrik Bäckström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonides Lope, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fredrik Bäckström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Modesto Jeraldo in the 41st minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leonides Lope to strike the kick off in the second half. Adrian Bagge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Bernabe Osoro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Hawelka Himalayan High booed when QUASAR AZULGRANA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Cortez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 67th minute of the match Gunnar Salqvist shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bernabe Osoro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Edwin Ivarsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bernabe Osoro was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. In the 73rd minute, QUASAR AZULGRANA's Hilario Guzman ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fredrik Bäckström. Fredrik Bäckström yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Hilario Guzman hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Adrian Byström kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. QUASAR AZULGRANA's Leonides Lope shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 82nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Fredrik Bäckström but with some difficulty. 84 minutes into the match, Hawelka Himalayan High's goal looked a bit too open when Modesto Jeraldo came free, but Fredrik Bäckström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 86 minutes into the game, Hawelka Himalayan High's Edwin Ivarsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bernabe Osoro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. QUASAR AZULGRANA's Bernabe Osoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urban Stolpe in the 89th minute of play. A collision led to QUASAR AZULGRANA getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Hilario Guzman hit a great ball. In the 92nd match minute, QUASAR AZULGRANA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Javier Rafe to maneuver through the defense. QUASAR AZULGRANA were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Hawelka Himalayan High's much stronger midfield.
