Spectators: 7742 (Terracing: 5808, Seating: 1780, VIP seats: 154) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alexandrino Gameiro took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos José Opazo in the 3rd minute of play forced AC United's goalkeeper Gustaf Rudberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alexandrino Gameiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Serbülent Baysan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Otto Brask in the 8th minute. Jude Cruz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Gustaf Rudberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ilan Tissandier's late challenge caught a AC United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ilan Tissandier helped the player get up and apologised. After 15 played minutes FC Anderlecht Huachipato got a freekick which was hit by Ilan Tissandier. Serbülent Baysan made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Algot Månsson sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the AC United defense, Victorio Monte kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gustaf Rudberg. The AC United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gustaf Rudberg should have stopped the shot. In the 24th minute Algot Månsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serbülent Baysan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Roberto-Carlos Braga managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Anderlecht Huachipato's supporters rose to their feet, but Roberto-Carlos Braga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustaf Rudberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gustaf Rudberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandrino Gameiro in the 28th minute of the match. Serbülent Baysan was a little too slow when Otto Brask got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 33rd minute. The score was now 1-1. Eskil Danielsson kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Alexandrino Gameiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Anderlecht Huachipato fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The AC United players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Anderlecht Huachipato were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Otto Brask stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Algot Bremming hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Gustaf Rudberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jude Cruz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 59 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for AC United! Gustaf Rudberg had in the 62ndth minute some difficulties stopping Victorio Monte's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Alexandrino Gameiro scored 1-3 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gustaf Rudberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 67 minutes into the match, AC United's goalkeeper Gustaf Rudberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alexandrino Gameiro. Gustaf Rudberg was a little too slow when Alexandrino Gameiro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 1-4. When Otto Brask came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the AC United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Otto Brask couldn't finish the play. In the 74th minute Otto Brask shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serbülent Baysan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd match minute, AC United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Otto Brask to maneuver through the defense. Carlos José Opazo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gustaf Rudberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Gustaf Rudberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos José Opazo, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. When the match was over FC Anderlecht Huachipato could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than AC United throughout the match.
