After taking down the ball on Brazil Academy's corner João Azevedo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gustau Ageitos quite easily take care of the ball. In the 12th minute, Esa Maleta made a precise shot to the right of Juan Montenegro. Brazil Academy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Brazil Academy's Juan Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yaniusky Barreira in the 15th minute of play. Ovando Moya's late challenge caught a Brazil Academy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ovando Moya helped the player get up and apologised. In the 20th minute Esa Maleta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Montenegro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol's Gustau Ageitos got control of the ball when Marcelo Mangueira tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee ignored POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol's protests and gave Yaniusky Barreira a yellow card for diving instead. Yaniusky Barreira kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Yaniusky Barreiras short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Juan Montenegro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 71st minute, Róbson Simão ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gustau Ageitos was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-5. 75 minutes into the match, Brazil Academy's Cido Paranaense sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gustau Ageitos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Marcelo Mangueira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gustau Ageitos was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. Ando Descalzo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Montenegro having to interfere. Brazil Academy's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Esa Maleta 80 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-6. Juan Montenegro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ando Descalzo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Brazil Academy booed when POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yaniusky Barreira didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th match minute, POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiro Alarcon to maneuver through the defense. Gustau Ageitos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cido Paranaense's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Fiori Ferraz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustau Ageitos having to interfere. In the 97th match minute, POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexis Henríquez to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 98 minutes, João Azevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brazil Academy's supporters crossed their fingers, but João Azevedo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
