An unexpectedly hard shot by Tamás Holló in the 28th minute of play forced Grimório's goalkeeper Uudo Lant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 29 minutes, Jaagup Valgupera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grimório's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jaagup Valgupera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Géza György fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Henter Somosd's protests and gave Géza György a yellow card for diving instead. After some careless play in the FC Henter Somosd defense, Jaagup Valgupera kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Péter Gulácsi. The FC Henter Somosd fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Péter Gulácsi should have stopped the shot. After 38 minutes FC Henter Somosd's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ernst Võsandi who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Ernst Võsandi almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Henter Somosd's Péter Gulácsi did a great save. Kristóf Bodonyi charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kristóf Bodonyi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Grimório booed when FC Henter Somosd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kristóf Bodonyi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Imre Bodnár during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Imre Bodnár hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Kajar Jaama hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tamás Holló was the one to do the kick off. Erkki Leesment was in a good position and ended up with the ball after Grimório's free kick, but he didn't get a good hit on the ball and blazed it high and to the right of the goal. In the 65th match minute, Grimório was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arvi Vilbaste to maneuver through the defense. Uudo Lant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristóf Bodonyi in the 66th minute of the match. In the 68th minute Árpád Sugár shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uudo Lant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from Lajos Laczkó in the 72nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Grimório's Ernst Võsandi. The supporters of Grimório booed when FC Henter Somosd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. István Fülöp didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th minute, István Fülöp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arvi Vilbaste's late challenge caught a FC Henter Somosd's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arvi Vilbaste helped the player get up and apologised. After 91 played minutes Grimório got a freekick which was hit by Arvi Vilbaste. Uudo Lant made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Lajos Laczkó sent off a good shot on target. Grimório were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
