In the 5th minute, Asım Arif Yarkın hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carmelo Silbestre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Kağan Tunçöven tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Liberland's zone, Asım Arif Yarkın stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cayetano Florinio came out of the goal and Asım Arif Yarkın tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Placido Ilazki kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. After having played for 13 minutes, Garip Tanfer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Garip Tanfer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cayetano Florinio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Umut Ortun, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 19th minute, Carmelo Silbestre left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Liberland fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. A collision led to Liberland getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Carmelo Silbestre hit a great ball. In the 28th minute, Placido Ilazki made a precise shot to the right of Kağan Tunçöven. Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. In the 32nd minute, Herminio Ignado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Liberland fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Cayetano Florinio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Umut Ortun in the 35th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Asım Arif Yarkın in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cayetano Florinio saved Liberland from getting behind. A collision led to Liberland getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Herminio Ignado hit a great ball. Herminio Ignado scored 1-4 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kağan Tunçöven, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Abel in the 43rd minute of play forced Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's goalkeeper Kağan Tunçöven to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Carmelo Silbestre got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 1-5. 46 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-5 lead.

After 52 played minutes Liberland got a freekick which was hit by Carmelo Silbestre. A collision led to Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Garip Tanfer hit a great ball. Liberland were furious when Marcos Llope was red carded, 62 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After a rather tough play, Liberland's Marcos Llope got a free kick in the 63rd minute. When Baturhan Harmanda came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baturhan Harmanda couldn't finish the play. 66 minutes into the game, Jonatan Abel recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kağan Tunçöven. Jonatan Abel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-6. Cayetano Florinio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Garip Tanfer in the 77th minute of play. In the 79th match minute, Liberland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaston Iyan to maneuver through the defense. When Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's Garip Tanfer in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Liberland's goalie prevented a goal. Ömer Rıza Zeyrek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Cayetano Florinio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gökay Özakıncı in the 88th minute of play. When Esteve Pudes came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Liberland fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Esteve Pudes couldn't finish the play. In the 91st minute, Asım Arif Yarkın got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Liberland supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Liberland would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
