Seating: 1791, VIP seats: 155) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Stefan Vanghele took the kick off in the first half of the match. Pascal Avalos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefan Vanghele in the 5th minute of play. In the 7th minute of the match UFC Puturoasa got a corner. S.D. Bajen's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alexei Caraman ran over to the corner to take the kick. The audience was convinced that Stefan Vanghele's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pascal Avalos was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. In the 11th minute Stefan Vanghele shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascal Avalos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the S.D. Bajen defense, Stefan Vanghele kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pascal Avalos. The S.D. Bajen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pascal Avalos should have stopped the shot. Pascal Avalos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexei Caraman in the 18th minute of play. Alexei Caraman scored 0-2 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pascal Avalos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in S.D. Bajen's zone, Alexei Caraman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pascal Avalos came out of the goal and Alexei Caraman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, UFC Puturoasa's Ruslan Pânzaru got a free kick in the 25th minute. Thibaut Courtois made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vergaray Bernabeytia in the 26th minute. In the 28th minute Stefan Vanghele shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascal Avalos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The UFC Puturoasa fans' excitement grew in the 30th match minute when UFC Puturoasa's Stefan Vanghele looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 33 minutes of play, UFC Puturoasa's Stefan Vanghele made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pascal Avalos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pascal Avalos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefan Vanghele, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After 41 minutes, Sergiu Ramos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the UFC Puturoasa and the S.D. Bajen players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 42nd minute, Sergiu Ramos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Darryl Hardin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pascal Avalos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefan Vanghele, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vergaray Bernabeytia made a kick off. After a rather tough play, S.D. Bajen's Leonardo Starr got a free kick in the 51st minute. Pascal Avalos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Vanghele in the 54th minute of the match. Stefan Vanghele recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 60thth minute of the game Alexei Caraman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but S.D. Bajen's Pascal Avalos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, UFC Puturoasa's Mircea Musteatã got a free kick in the 63rd minute. If Pavel Spãtaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vergaray Bernabeytia in the 71st minute of play forced UFC Puturoasa's goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vergaray Bernabeytia hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. A collision led to S.D. Bajen getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Vergaray Bernabeytia hit a great ball. Thibaut Courtois stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vergaray Bernabeytia's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Through an outstanding action, after 84 minutes, Pascal Avalos successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Pascal Avalos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sandu Botnaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Alexei Caraman's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Pascal Avalos firmly grabbed it by the left post. UFC Puturoasa were furious when Sergiu Ramos was red carded, 90 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 92nd minute, Darius Seals sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and UFC Puturoasa's Thibaut Courtois didn't even have to move. In the 95th minute Stefan Vanghele shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascal Avalos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched UFC Puturoasa eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
