Spectators: 7652 (Terracing: 5741, Seating: 1759, VIP seats: 152) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Meleq Tare took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd minute, Sidnei Faria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Genci Qatipi came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Portuguesa's Betinho Severo. But to his dismay, Betinho Severo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Elion Fazliu fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mali i Thatë FC's protests and gave Elion Fazliu a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Mali i Thatë FC's Elion Fazliu got a free kick in the 9th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Betinho Severo notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Mali i Thatë FC's Genci Qatipi. Genci Qatipi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Mali i Thatë FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Eneid Ilo hit a great ball. Genci Qatipi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Augusto de Barros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Meleq Tare who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 21stth minute tested the skills of Giovani de Amaral when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 22 minutes into the game, Mali i Thatë FC's Eneid Ilo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Giovani de Amaral made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eneid Ilo in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Giovani de Amaral saved Portuguesa from getting behind. Portuguesa's Giovani de Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erald Bauta in the 27th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Aldo Peshkatari ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Giovani de Amaral was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. 33 minutes into the match, Portuguesa's goalkeeper Giovani de Amaral had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Meleq Tare. In the 34th minute Mali i Thatë FC were awarded a corner. Eneid Ilo went to the cornerflag to take it. If Pedro Augusto de Barros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Mali i Thatë FC's Giovani de Amaral threw himself towards the right post 42 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Eneid Ilo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience was convinced that Erald Bauta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Giovani de Amaral was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. A collision led to Portuguesa getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Betinho Severo hit a great ball. Giovani de Amaral was out of position in the 48 minute of play, and Meleq Tare capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Meleq Tare really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Betinho Severo made the kick off in the second half. Giovani de Amaral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Meleq Tare, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Giovani de Amaral came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Mali i Thatë FC's Eneid Ilo. But to his dismay, Eneid Ilo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. Giovani de Amaral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erald Bauta in the 59th minute of the match. In the 60th minute, Meleq Tare left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mali i Thatë FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erald Bauta in the 69th minute of play forced Portuguesa's goalkeeper Giovani de Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Betinho Severo in the 71st minute of play forced Mali i Thatë FC's goalkeeper Genci Qatipi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Portuguesa's Giovani de Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Meleq Tare in the 72nd minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Erald Bauta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Giovani de Amaral. Portuguesa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erald Bauta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-2. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Eneid Ilo put it in 7-2 from a short distance just to the right of Giovani de Amaral. After a rather tough play, Mali i Thatë FC's Elion Fazliu got a free kick in the 79th minute. Portuguesa's Charles Arantes shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 80th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Genci Qatipi but with some difficulty. Aldo Peshkatari scored 8-2 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Giovani de Amaral, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mali i Thatë FC were awarded a corner in the 88th minute after Portuguesa's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eneid Ilo took the corner. Giovani de Amaral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jetbardh Cake in the 90th minute of play. Betinho Severo hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Mali i Thatë FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
