Uwe Nwachukwu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ildefonso Frascuelo, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. If Kristof Van Dessen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Toni Nenchev took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Uwe Nwachukwu. Uwe Nwachukwu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Okan Buruk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ildefonso Frascuelo hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toni Nenchev in the 35th minute of play forced FC Draconia's goalkeeper Uwe Nwachukwu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute Toni Nenchev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uwe Nwachukwu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Uwe Nwachukwu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ildefonso Frascuelo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Lucas Quinto fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DARAS's protests and gave Lucas Quinto a yellow card for diving instead. 46 minutes into the match, DARAS's goal looked a bit too open when Kristof Van Dessen came free, but Sandro Ormea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Etienne Langhmans in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sandro Ormea saved DARAS from getting behind. After 66 played minutes DARAS got a freekick which was hit by Biagio Pantano. DARAS's Remus Ostoici was substituted for Lucas Quinto. DARAS's Dilyan Mrúnkov was substituted for Ildefonso Frascuelo. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Klaus Dhondt managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Draconia's supporters rose to their feet, but Klaus Dhondt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sandro Ormea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Dilyan Mrúnkov fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DARAS's protests and gave Dilyan Mrúnkov a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to DARAS getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Dilyan Mrúnkov hit a great ball. DARAS made a substitution. Dragolyub Novakov replaced Bayındır Seyfullah. The supporters of FC Draconia booed when DARAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dilyan Mrúnkov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Uwe Nwachukwu didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 76th minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. In the 79th minute, Dobrin Mishev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marko Kyulafliev's late challenge caught a FC Draconia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marko Kyulafliev helped the player get up and apologised. Marko Kyulafliev kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, DARAS's goal looked a bit too open when Kristof Van Dessen came free, but Sandro Ormea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, FC Draconia's Uwe Nwachukwu got control of the ball when Dragolyub Novakov tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see FC Draconia lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
