Spectators: 7651 (Terracing: 5740, Seating: 1759, VIP seats: 152) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Silvinho Amorim started the match with the kick off. After 3 minutes of play, FC Urzicuța's Nicu Maghiran made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iuri Arruda was left in no man's land by his defense there! FC Urzicuța's Mircea Avacariței played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gugu Leme in the 6th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in FC Urzicuța's zone, Silvinho Amorim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mircea Avacariței came out of the goal and Silvinho Amorim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When ATHLETICO PRaiano's Silvinho Amorim in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Urzicuța's goalie prevented a goal. In the 10th minute, Chicão Vargas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iuri Arruda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Gugu Leme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mircea Avacariței having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Silvinho Amorim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 31st minute Turgay Sökmensu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iuri Arruda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Chicão Vargas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ATHLETICO PRaiano fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Gugu Leme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Mircea Avacariței tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Gugu Leme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the FC Urzicuța defense, Silvinho Amorim kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mircea Avacariței. The FC Urzicuța fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mircea Avacariței should have stopped the shot. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Marian Sfetcu made in the 58th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Nik Nicola immediately put the ball in play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvinho Amorim in the 59th minute of play forced FC Urzicuța's goalkeeper Mircea Avacariței to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC Urzicuța's zone, Silvinho Amorim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mircea Avacariței came out of the goal and Silvinho Amorim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Silvinho Amorim hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Nicu Maghiran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Iuri Arruda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 69 played minutes ATHLETICO PRaiano got a freekick which was hit by Gualter Hoffmann. Iuri Arruda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicu Maghiran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gugu Leme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 80 minutes of play, FC Urzicuța's Nicu Maghiran made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iuri Arruda was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to ATHLETICO PRaiano getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. José Paulo Almeida hit a great ball.
