The tension between the Brufoss IL and the Wallace FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 14th minute, Karl Bergstrøm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Leonel Aurken managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wallace FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonel Aurken was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olav Øverby breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 19 minutes into the match, Wallace FC's goalkeeper Bruno Elia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jørund Nyhagen. Bruno Elia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bastian Ytterstad, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Brufoss IL were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after Wallace FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tor-Egil Arntsen took the corner. In the 31st match minute, Wallace FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severiano Osorio to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tor-Egil Arntsen in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Elia saved Wallace FC from getting behind. Bruno Elia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tor-Egil Arntsen in the 34th minute. When Kenneth Foldnes came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Brufoss IL fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kenneth Foldnes couldn't finish the play. 43 minutes into the match, Wallace FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bastian Ytterstad came free, but Bruno Elia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Eduardo Duardo made the kick off in the second half. Erasmo Turi hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Kenneth Foldnes kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Severiano Osorio in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olav Øverby saved Brufoss IL from getting behind. Brufoss IL's defense didn't have a chance, in the 66th minute, when Carolo Chano scored to the left of an out of position Olav Øverby, making the score, 0-1. 73 minutes into the match, Brufoss IL's goal looked a bit too open when Eduardo Duardo came free, but Olav Øverby reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olav Øverby took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carolo Chano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
