The crowd rose to their feet as AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK's Magne Sjö slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fidel Lecea. That made the score 2-0 after 17 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when David Klementsson got free with Fidel Lecea in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fidel Lecea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Magne Sjö in the 25th minute of the match. After 26 played minutes AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK got a freekick which was hit by Agne Hedin. After 28 minutes, Rene Carrandi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Loja S.C. and the AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Veronica Sabugo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gustav Termander read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. David Klementsson hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Veronica Sabugo to make the kick off. If Felix Pascua had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Felix Pascua might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gustav Termander. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felix Pascua ran back to his position shaking his head. Fidel Lecea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from August Liljeström in the 55th minute of the match. Fidel Lecea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from August Liljeström, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. During the 60th minute of the match Gilbert Brandt completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. An unexpected shot in the 62nd minute by Veronica Sabugo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. David Klementsson hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. The supporters of Loja S.C. booed when AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Klementsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gustav Termander was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Isaias Mobilla. After having played for 77 minutes, Jerry Högström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jerry Högström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Karl Kolberg kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK's Gustav Termander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Pascua in the 85th minute of play. After some careless play in the AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK defense, Felix Pascua kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gustav Termander. The AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gustav Termander should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Veronica Sabugo got free with Gustav Termander in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rene Carrandi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Gustav Termander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
