The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Söderbröder booed when JET-M was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Preslav Kafedzhiev didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Oscar Hjortberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lucas Izotz. That made the score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Alessandro Clarkfeldt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Söderbröder's supporters rose to their feet, but Alessandro Clarkfeldt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucas Izotz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Presiyan Bankov hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute, Blagoy Gyurkovski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 21 minutes into the match, Söderbröder's Paulão Tasso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lucas Izotz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Karl-Axel Nyman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vangel Pilishtarov, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After 46 played minutes JET-M got a freekick which was hit by Radul Tumbev. After a defensive mix-up in JET-M's zone, Paulão Tasso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucas Izotz came out of the goal and Paulão Tasso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. JET-M made a substitution. Yancho Trifonov replaced Blagoy Gyurkovski. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vangel Pilishtarov to make the kick off. After 52 played minutes JET-M got a freekick which was hit by Miladin Radevski. A hard shot 55 in the game by Vangel Pilishtarov from a close distance when the talented Karl-Axel Nyman managed to make a qualified save. Söderbröder's players were relieved. 57 minutes into the match, Söderbröder's goal looked a bit too open when Yancho Trifonov came free, but Karl-Axel Nyman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karl-Axel Nyman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vangel Pilishtarov in the 59th minute. Presiyan Bankov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Karl-Axel Nyman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. JET-M's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oscar Hjortberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. JET-M made a substitution. Dragolyub Viyachki replaced Radul Tumbev. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anastas Vutov during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Anastas Vutov hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Karl-Axel Nyman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yancho Trifonov in the 77th minute of play. The corner led to JET-M's Presiyan Bankov getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 81st minute, Monte Valdovinos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 87 minutes into the game, Emil Velev was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. JET-M's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Söderbröder the free kick. In the 87th match minute, JET-M was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emil Velev to maneuver through the defense. Zdravko Cholashki's late challenge caught a Söderbröder's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zdravko Cholashki helped the player get up and apologised. If Miladin Radevski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
