Binjamin Provoost took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from André Luiz Esteves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Binjamin Provoost showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from André Luiz Esteves in the 16th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers André Luiz Esteves in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Binjamin Provoost saved FC Gladiators Milošová from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when André Luiz Esteves got free with Binjamin Provoost in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 22nd minute of the match Joinville Esporte Clube got a corner. FC Gladiators Milošová's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hélio Furtado ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Fausto Aguiar almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Gladiators Milošová's Binjamin Provoost did a great save. A collision led to FC Gladiators Milošová getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Ivan Smatana hit a great ball. André Luiz Esteves's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Binjamin Provoost read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. FC Gladiators Milošová's defense didn't have a chance, in the 34th minute, when André Luiz Esteves scored to the left of an out of position Binjamin Provoost, making the score, 2-0. 42 minutes into the match, Joinville Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Juraj Šesták came free, but Wellington Montenegro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, FC Gladiators Milošová's goal looked a bit too open when André Luiz Esteves came free, but Binjamin Provoost reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Viktor Turek scored 3-1 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wellington Montenegro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Joinville Esporte Clube booed when FC Gladiators Milošová was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marián Rozum didn't get a good kick on the ball. Binjamin Provoost showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Luiz Esteves, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Richard Krásnopoľský hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Joinville Esporte Clube's Fausto Aguiar got a free kick in the 77th minute. Binjamin Provoost stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of André Luiz Esteves's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Joinville Esporte Clube were awarded a corner in the 99th minute after FC Gladiators Milošová's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hélio Furtado took the corner. Joinville Esporte Clube's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
