Spectators: 7749 (Terracing: 5813, Seating: 1782, VIP seats: 154) FC Bal op het Dak's Martien Degenkamp started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, XL-Azrail Team's goalkeeper Recep Talha Bircan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Martien Degenkamp. With a little luck, XL-Azrail Team's Recep Talha Bircan got control of the ball when Martien Degenkamp tried to sneak it across the goal line. Recep Talha Bircan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Geert Arend van Zijl showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 17 minute of play. Geert Arend van Zijl received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Recep Talha Bircan came out and tried to block the shot, but Geert Arend van Zijl slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 19th minute. Recep Talha Bircan came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Bal op het Dak's Dries Waterman. But to his dismay, Dries Waterman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 24 minutes into the match, XL-Azrail Team's goal looked a bit too open when Geert Arend van Zijl came free, but Recep Talha Bircan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute Ali Orhan Karataş shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julius van Zijl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martien Degenkamp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Recep Talha Bircan made a huge save. In the 33rd match minute, XL-Azrail Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Orhan Karataş to maneuver through the defense. 37 minutes into the match, XL-Azrail Team's goal looked a bit too open when Gerard Mulder came free, but Recep Talha Bircan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Recep Talha Bircan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geert Arend van Zijl in the 40th minute of the match. Burhan Okboğa took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Julius van Zijl. FC Bal op het Dak's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A wasted opportunity for FC Bal op het Dak. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

A collision led to XL-Azrail Team getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Ali Orhan Karataş hit a great ball. Recep Talha Bircan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Martien Degenkamp's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Recep Talha Bircan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martien Degenkamp, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julius van Zijl showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. FC Bal op het Dak's Julius van Zijl proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save FC Bal op het Dak from getting a goal against them. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
