After 5 minutes of play, Copérnico F.C.'s Armando Padro made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pascual Transito was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alberto Tello took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pascual Transito. Pascual Transito dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Orçun Yersel during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Orçun Yersel hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Cristian Gau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santiago Raymon in the 23rd minute of play. Cristian Gau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Precioso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Santiago Raymon kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cristian Gau. That made the score 1-2 in the 30 minute of play. Santiago Raymon kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Pascual Transito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tello in the 36th minute of the match. Paulo Precioso struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Cristian Gau didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rosario Central FC. Hermengildo Cordeal was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 39 minutes into the match. Hermengildo Cordeal kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Virgilio Ishmael could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Cristian Gau made a huge save. Cristian Gau was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Paulo Precioso showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 42 minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Santiago Raymon during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Santiago Raymon hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. If Erubiel Dubardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristo Ruy to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Rosario Central FC's goal looked a bit too open when Erubiel Dubardo came free, but Pascual Transito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Armando Padro got free with Pascual Transito in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristian Gau came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Rosario Central FC's Aureliano Malvin. But to his dismay, Aureliano Malvin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Copérnico F.C. made a substitution. Amadeo Florin replaced Narciso Corderro. In the 75th minute, Anacleto Cisco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 78 minutes into the match, Copérnico F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Precioso came free, but Cristian Gau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pablo Russo hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Leandro Mannie was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 79th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Cristian Gau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristo Ruy in the 85th minute of play. Cristian Gau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristo Ruy in the 87th minute of the match. Pascual Transito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sixto Jurgi, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Copérnico F.C.'s Armando Padro got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cristian Gau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristo Ruy in the 94th minute of play. Copérnico F.C.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
