Spectators: 7717 (Terracing: 5789, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 154) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cristo Ruy started the match with the kick off. Aureliano Malvin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remus Talianu having to interfere. When Aurelian Zburlea fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Lutanu's protests and gave Aurelian Zburlea a yellow card for diving instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulo Precioso in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Remus Talianu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FC Lutanu's Pedrinho Breckenfeld got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Placido Luzaide fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rosario Central FC's protests and gave Placido Luzaide a yellow card for diving instead. In the 15th minute, Placido Luzaide hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 21 minutes into the match, FC Lutanu's goalkeeper Remus Talianu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aureliano Malvin. 24 minutes into the match, Rosario Central FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pedrinho Breckenfeld came free, but Pascual Transito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Remus Talianu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristo Ruy in the 25th minute of the match. Cristo Ruy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Remus Talianu made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iustinian Munteanu during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 31st match minute, FC Lutanu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iustinian Munteanu to maneuver through the defense. Aureliano Malvin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Remus Talianu made a huge save. In the 43rd minute of the match, Aureliano Malvin got a very nice opportunity to score, but Remus Talianu was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. FC Lutanu's Remus Talianu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save FC Lutanu from getting a goal against them. Cristo Ruy's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 47thth minute, Remus Talianu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pedrinho Breckenfeld stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Cristo Ruy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rosario Central FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristo Ruy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 52 played minutes FC Lutanu got a freekick which was hit by Aurelian Zburlea. Remus Talianu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristo Ruy in the 55th minute of the match. When Rosario Central FC's Cristo Ruy in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Lutanu's goalie prevented a goal. 63 minutes into the match, FC Lutanu's goal looked a bit too open when Aureliano Malvin came free, but Remus Talianu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute of the match Rosario Central FC got a corner. FC Lutanu's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Virgilio Ishmael ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Rosario Central FC's Virgilio Ishmael to fire away a dangerous shot which Remus Talianu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 65th match minute, FC Lutanu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aristide Bărcăuan to maneuver through the defense. Remus Talianu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aureliano Malvin, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Pedrinho Breckenfeld hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Aurelian Zburlea got his second yellow card in the match during the 74th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 74th minute, Aurelian Zburlea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Remus Talianu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristo Ruy in the 87th minute of the match. Remus Talianu came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Rosario Central FC's Aureliano Malvin. But to his dismay, Aureliano Malvin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. FC Lutanu's Remus Talianu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureliano Malvin in the 96th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Rosario Central FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC Lutanu had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
