Pedrão Souza started the match with the kick off. Ziemowit Gejda kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. In the 4th minute, Pedrão Souza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 9 minutes into the match, PTB Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Natã Nogueira came free, but Marian Galaska reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marian Galaska took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedrão Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marian Galaska didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pedrão Souza went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Percival Prestes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boguslaw Bycofski in the 13th minute of the match. Marian Galaska made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gláuber Cardozo in the 14th minute of play. A collision led to REAL VASCO RIO getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Durvalino Sarmento hit a great ball. Marian Galaska took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gláuber Cardozo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. PTB Football Club's Marian Galaska played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natã Nogueira in the 27th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Fernandes in the 28th minute of play forced PTB Football Club's goalkeeper Marian Galaska to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nando Gaspar hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. In the 37th minute, PTB Football Club's Marcin Bugajski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Percival Prestes. Percival Prestes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. The PTB Football Club players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. REAL VASCO RIO were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Boguslaw Bycofski made the kick off in the second half. Percival Prestes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boguslaw Bycofski, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Natã Nogueira got free with Marian Galaska in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by PTB Football Club's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Durvalino Sarmento was slow to take the kick. During this time REAL VASCO RIO's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Durvalino Sarmento almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but PTB Football Club's Marian Galaska did a great save. After 59 played minutes PTB Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Marcin Bugajski. A hard shot by Marcinho Velloso from long distance, 60 minutes into the match, got Marian Galaska's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 61 minutes into the match, PTB Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Fernandes came free, but Marian Galaska reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, PTB Football Club's goalkeeper Marian Galaska had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Natã Nogueira. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Klejnowski in the 71st minute of play forced REAL VASCO RIO's goalkeeper Percival Prestes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched REAL VASCO RIO eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
