Tamboril's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Felipe Dabi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 5 played minutes Deportivo Tachito got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Bilintx. In the 9th minute Felipe Dabi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Diniz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felipe Lopez got free with Iker Lauren in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felipe Dabi in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abelardo Diniz saved Tamboril from getting behind. If Felipe Dabi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 31 minutes into the game, Ulisses Antunes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Iker Lauren. Ulisses Antunes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Abelardo Diniz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Dabi, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After 37 played minutes Tamboril got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Lopez. Jimeno Elodio kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. The supporters of Tamboril booed when Deportivo Tachito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adan Obeko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iker Lauren was a little too slow when Felipe Lopez got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 45th minute. The score was now 2-2. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Felipe Dabi to strike the kick off in the second half. After 57 minutes, Jimeno Elodio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deportivo Tachito and the Tamboril players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 57 played minutes Deportivo Tachito got a freekick which was hit by Jimeno Elodio. Justino Feliz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abelardo Diniz having to interfere. Tamboril's Abelardo Diniz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Dabi in the 68th minute of play. Abelardo Diniz was a little too slow when Felipe Dabi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 2-3. Adrianinho Camargo lost his temper 75 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 76th minute, Adrianinho Camargo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abelardo Diniz was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Conrado Obano. Armando Mota's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Iker Lauren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felipe Dabi in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abelardo Diniz saved Tamboril from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felipe Lopez during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 81 played minutes Tamboril got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Lopez. A collision led to Tamboril getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Júlio Cardozo hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Tamboril's zone, Conrado Obano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abelardo Diniz came out of the goal and Conrado Obano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 88th minute, Deportivo Tachito's Felipe Dabi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-4. In the 90th minute, Armando Mota hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Deportivo Tachito walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
