Rune Jansson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Cabildo FC's Ricard Campbell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Cabildo FC from getting a goal against them. Pedro Alcázar might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rune Jansson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pedro Alcázar ran back to his position shaking his head. BK Gubbhöft's Rune Jansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Wilkenson in the 28th minute of play. Ricard Campbell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joacim Låsberg in the 36th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Wilkenson in the 40th minute of play forced BK Gubbhöft's goalkeeper Rune Jansson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Otto Björck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricard Campbell having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sven-Oskar Låsberg to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Cabildo FC's Pedro Alcázar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. In the 58th minute Soriano Budinich shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rune Jansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Alcázar hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Ricard Campbell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Oskar Låsberg in the 78th minute of play. Rune Jansson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Soriano Budinich in the 80th minute. Rune Jansson made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Luciano Wilkenson sent off a good shot on target. After 85 minutes of play, BK Gubbhöft's Sven-Oskar Låsberg made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ricard Campbell was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Joacim Låsberg in the 88th minute of play forced Cabildo FC's goalkeeper Ricard Campbell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ricard Campbell didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roy Rönn went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. Rune Jansson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pedro Alcázar's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. Patrício Solis hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, BK Gubbhöft's Edvard Britz tried to score from far away in the 95th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
