Spectators: 7746 (Terracing: 5811, Seating: 1781, VIP seats: 154) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Georges Ravat took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduardo Machado in the 3rd minute of play forced FC Bodil United's goalkeeper Conny Gullesson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute Ingvar Hökqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joost De Groot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Krister Billberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Joost De Groot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of FC Bodil United booed when Le Stade Briochin UC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabien Kac didn't get a good kick on the ball. Octave Revel kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Octave Revel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fredrik Skoglund in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joost De Groot prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 27 minutes into the game, Le Stade Briochin UC's Radomil Cymbal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Conny Gullesson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. If Radomil Cymbal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jérôme Mure took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 32nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Conny Gullesson. FC Bodil United's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 33 played minutes Eduardo Machado rounded FC Bodil United's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Fabien Kac came free with the goalkeeper in the 38th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Conny Gullesson could save by the left post. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fredrik Skoglund was the one to do the kick off. In the 50th minute Fabien Kac shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conny Gullesson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Fredrik Skoglund fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Bodil United's protests and gave Fredrik Skoglund a yellow card for diving instead. Conny Gullesson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radomil Cymbal in the 55th minute of play. Conny Gullesson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabien Kac, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 57 minutes into the game, Fabien Kac was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Le Stade Briochin UC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Bodil United the free kick. Fabien Kac hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Eduardo Machado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Le Stade Briochin UC made a substitution. Wilfried Pinson replaced Eduardo Machado. A collision led to Le Stade Briochin UC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Fabien Kac hit a great ball. The long shot by Conny Asplund in the 65th minute really tested Joost De Groot's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 70th minute Baptiste Demestre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conny Gullesson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ulf Lång blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joost De Groot having to make a save. In the 77th minute, Fredrik Skoglund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Conny Gullesson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Georges Ravat in the 78th minute of the match. Ulf Lång might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joost De Groot. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ulf Lång ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the FC Bodil United defense, Georges Ravat kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Conny Gullesson. The FC Bodil United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Conny Gullesson should have stopped the shot. Gaël Pillot hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Ingvar Hökqvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Joost De Groot made a huge save. Conny Gullesson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Georges Ravat's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. Le Stade Briochin UC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of FC Bodil United for a fine match.
